When we grow up, & unfortunately gain weight then exercise appears as another liability for the sake of our body to maintain a correct weight & height ratio. But look at the kids. Don't you think they exercise all the time without even thinking of it? Just for fun when they run around outside or play football at school, or fight with each other. What else can be counted as exercise? Dancing, doing push-ups and even climbing stairs is nothing but exercise.
Why don't we think of all these activities once we grow up? If you care for our body first by being active, our body will support and thank us later! Let's see how exercise keeps us cool.
Cheer up your Heart
You must know that your heart is a muscle. You can imagine how hard it works by pumping blood every day of your life. It needs constant supply of sir i.e. oxygen to work efficiently. So, you can help your heart get stronger by doing aerobic exercise. While doing aerobics you may notice you're breathing faster than normal. Aerobics can get your heart pumping, make you clammy, and speed up your breathing.
With a regular workout of this kind, your heart will get even better at its main job of delivering oxygen to all parts of your body. Thus, to get your body cheer up, you need to cheer your heart up. Enjoy swimming, basketball, jogging, biking, or rowing.
Exercise Keeps the Balance
Your body needs fuel to do the basic jobs of routine, like breathing, walking, etc. This fuel or calories is a kind of energy you get from food. If you're active, your body desires an extra amount of calories or energy. But if you are eating more than you require & on that you are not active enough then these calories get stored as excess fat. So, exercise helps to keep a balance of calories in your body.
Strengthen your Muscles
Push-ups can make your body strong. Whenever you do powerful things, like carrying weight, push-ups, your muscles get strengthened. For grown-up teens and adults, this kind of workout can also make muscles bigger.

Being flexible is an asset to your body, which means you can move your arms and legs freely without feeling tightness or pain.
