Man Charged With Indulging In Illegal Phentermine Sales

A practicing physician of Wayne County has been found to be involved in illegal operations to sell phentermine, hydrocodone and alprazolam online to about 200 customers and charges were levied on him on these counts. He was found to be heading “Managing Associates”, a business venture and employing various doctors under it to dish out illegal drug prescriptions over the internet on a massive scale.
The man William Frank McArthur III was convicted by a federal grand jury in Dallas on 9 th November for attempting to distribute controlled substances and also for being involved in money laundering of approximately $1.1 million. The accused appeared in a federal court in Brunswick on November 15 where magistrate James Graham granted him bail along with a hefty fine of $10,000. The magistrate allowed the convict to continue practicing medicines as usual but issued the ruling that he would be subjected to the supervision of federal pretrial officers till further court proceedings took place in Dallas where the hearing of the case started.
In accordance with court instructions, William Frank McArthur III`s passport was seized, his travel was restricted to South Georgia and North Texas and he was also instructed not to store firearms while the case was going on in court.
